May 1991, Mike buys a little hole in the wall at the Petaluma Livestock Auction Yard. Mike started flipping Burgers. Teaming up with Batemon's Meats which proudly sells Harris Ranch Beef, Mike produced a burger worthy of serving at a livestock sales yard. Seven years in development, Mike has chosen to expand and bring his burgers to Cotati! All meals are served with your choice of macaroni salad, dijon and red potato salad, tossed green salad, or chips. But NO FRIES!
